Weregiraffes are a type of Werecreature that appear in the Wereworld series. They are people that can take on a giraffe-like form. The Giraffes are native to the jungle continent of Bast. They were forced into submission by the Catlords in The Forum of Elders. Like the Wereboars of Lyssia, the Weregiraffes have a natural affinity for magic and usually seree Catlords as magisters, mainly the Panthers of Braga. However, the infamous short temper of the Werecats has caused them to go through quite a few magisters.
